About the Event
Hatha is a practice of balance, balancing the gentle energies in the body. Hatha yoga is different from the flow style of practice. the postures are entered into a different way and the pace of the practice can be much slower. Generally, a Hatha practice moves into and out of postures without flowing sequence of asana.
This calss is suitable for beginners to intermidiate level. We will focus on centering, grounding, warming up with sun salutations, and creating space and flexibility in the joints. This class consist in gentle back bends, balance, hips, abdominals and sound healing during savasana.
Please arrive 10 minutes earlier. Make sure you download the zoom app in advance and check it's connected properly.
Avoid food before the class. Wear light and comfortable clothes. Have ready a large glass of water and/or herbal tdea and tissue to clear the nose during the breathing exercise. Try to do this class in a ventilated room.
Women on early stage of pregnancy should avoid this class.
