About the Event

Please join me on this 21 day Kundalini Yoga challenge  that it is divided in 2 parts. 

Part 1: Pranayama where we will focus on improving our breathing patterns to increase flow of oxigen, lung capacity, release of toxins and purification of the body. We will practice fast and balancing pranayamas to prepare ourselves to the Nabhi Kriya.

Part 2: Nabhi Kriya. A powerful set of exercises or repetitive exercises routine where the focus is the Navel centre and Solar plexus chakra. The Nabhi Kriya  significantly  increases energy and estamina, it tones  the body and abs, it burns unhealthy  fat around the waistline and belly, it tones the legs, it helps overcome fears to commitment, increases self confidence  and will power, it helps release anger and rage,  it improves digestion and overall, it's a kriya that changes you not only on a physical level but also on a mental and spiritual level.

The Nabhi Kriya can chage peoples lives because it has the ability to impact significantly in your outlook of life and your body. This kriya when is practiced daily whether for 21 or 40 days the results are incredible. Expect to see positive changes in your abdomen and legs within days. Expect to sweat!

We will meet every day via zoom for 1.5 hours we will start the class with tunning in, opening prayer, pranayama, follow by Nabhi kriya and savasana with  the Gong. the full sequence of Nabhi Kriya takes around 40 minutes however i will guide you daily in building up your strenth toward the full duration of the Kriya.

What to bring:

- A yoga mat

- A towel

- Comfortable clothes, avoid tight activewear

- A bottle of water

- Ventilated room

- A " I Can " attitude 

Precautions:

Please avoid this prcatice if you are pregnant, had recently a surgery or injury on the abdomen area, if you have high blood preasure, if you can't lie down comfortably on your back.

******PLEASE AVOID FOOD AT LEAST 3 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS!!*****
