About the Event

All the physical and cosmic vibrations in the entire universe are echoed in our subtle etheric body. The subtle body further affects our physical body, which is analogous to etheric body. The impact of vibrations that flow around our body affect the karmic deeds ( fruits of karmas) stored in Brahman nadi. These further affect the prana flowing in the nadis ( energy channels)and chakras.

Inspired on traditional Kundalini yoga and tantra techniques, this 7 day Chakra Challenge has been carefully designed to deeply stimulate our subtle body and  the chakras. This wellbeing  program  will take you into a lovely healing journey of self discovery and empowerment. You will notice physical, mental and spiritual benefits during and after the classes. Practicing these chakra sequences will raise the vibration in your body strengthening your body and  nervous system.

The chakras are vortexes of energy in specific areas in the body with specific colour and qualities. these energy centres are linked not only to our physical body parts but our also our feelings, thoughts and karmic situation. The chakras are associated with the seven main endocrine glands , nerves, organs and systems in the body.

The 7 Day Kundalini Chakra Challenge:

Each day we will focus on 1 chakra working through the body using  traditional tantra techniques we will tap into the energy of the chakras to cleanse, awaken and activate these 7 main energy centres of the  human body bringing balance into our entire body and life.

Day 1 : Third Eye Chakra

Day 2: Root Chakra

Day 3: Sacral Chakra

Day 4: Solar Plexus Chakra

Day 5: Heart Chakra

Day 6: Throat Chakra

Day 7: Crown chakra ( all chakras)

- A yoga mat

- Wear comfortable clothes

Mel holds over 300 hrs Kundalini yoga teacher training and she's a certified Holistic practitioner based in London with years of experience in the field.
