About the Event

Full Moon is a good time to work on an emotional level. It represents the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one so this is also the perfect time to cleanse, detox and release anything that is holding you back to become the best version of yourself.

As we are  60%  to 70% water, our bodies are influenced by the energy of the Full Moon, deepest  and old emotions come to the surface, trapped energies, fears and rooted frustrations are amplified during the full moon reason why this is a great time to meditate and  go within to consciously remove anything that is not longer serving you any purpose. The Full Moon Kundalini Yoga and Abundance Ritual will help you to open up the channels to connect with the moon's energies and the abundance in the universe so you can be more receptive to these energies and manifest your desires! This is the Full moon in Libra which will helps us to bring harmony and balance into our bodies and lives.

On this 2 hrs class we will focus on unblocking the energy channels, cleansing and detoxifying some important organs , purifying the blood, increasing lung capacity, stimulating the chakras and endocrine glands through kriyas and pranayama, strengthening the body and balancing the nervous system. We will focus on the Solar plexus chakra and element fire. 

This Moon is also called the worm moon as the earth starts t warm up, the worms appear. 

What is included in this program:

-  A 90 minutes class

What to bring:

- A yoga mat

- A large glass of water

- Wear comfortable clothes

- Pen and paper.

- Any Yellow Crystas  

- A high currency note for example: a £50  or 100U$D

- A Yellow or white candle

- Essential oils any of these if you have: cedarwood, frankincense, sandalwood, Geranium, juniper, cypress, bergamot, wild orange, lemon, juniper, ginger, cinamon.

About your teacher:

Thimela is the author of the Godsfield Companion Book of Chakras and author of the Chakra Chanting and Mudra Meditation series online course available on Wanderlust TV. Mel holds over 300 hrs Kundalini yoga teacher training and she's a certified Holistic practitioner based in London with years of experience in the field.
