About the Event

Full Moon is a good time to work on an emotional level. It represents the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one so this is also the perfect time to cleanse, detox and release anything that is holding you back to become the best version of yourself.

As we are  60%  to 70% water, our bodies are influenced by the energy of the Full Moon, deepest  and old emotions come to the surface, trapped energies, fears and rooted frustrations are amplified during the full moon reason why this is a great time to meditate and  go within to consciously remove anything that is not longer serving you any purpose. The Full Moon Kundalini Yoga and Breathwork, not only promotes the release of the stagnant energies but also it  helps release toxin and waste accumulated  in your body opening up the energy channels to increase flow of life force in the body and become more receptive to the new higher frequency energies.

Moon in scorpio creates the need to delve into your feelings as deep as possible. You desire meaningful emotional exchanges now more than at any other time even if it is not easy and you are forced to change many things. Scorpio is of an incredible passion and power and associated with the element water

On this 90 minutes virtual Kundalini yoga class, we will focus on unblocking the energy channels, cleansing and detoxifying some important organs , purifying the blood, increasing lung capacity, stimulating the chakras and endocrine glands through kriyas and pranayama, strengthening the body and balancing the nervous system. We will be tapping into the energy of the second chakra Swadhisthana.

About your teacher:

Thimela is the author of the Godsfield Companion Book of Chakras and author of the Chakra Chanting and Mudra Meditation series online course available on Wanderlust TV. Mel holds over 300 hrs Kundalini yoga teacher training and she's a certified Holistic practitioner based in London with years of experience in the field.

Thimela's classes and workshops are  rated as a very inspiring, informative, complete, and beautiful overall experiences. Thimela's offerings always stand out for being unique and for promoting ancient and traditional practices.
