I am delighted to offer you a beautiful 3 days Self Care Program that I've specially crafted for you, to help you beat the lockdown symptoms and support your wellbeing during this time.

Day 1 (10th Nov):

Japa Mala Meditation

We will kick off this beautiful program by removing obstacles and negative energy from our bodies that's stopping us from growing and expanding into the person we want to become. On this day you will learn how to do a traditional Japa Mala Meditation, chanting and tuning into the supportive energy of Lord Ganesha to remove obstacles and bring abundance and good luck into our lives.

The Japa meditation uses a sacred mantra and for this program as we will be praying to Lord Ganesha we will be chanting

" Om Gam Ganapataye Namaha " using the malas and chanting the mantra 108 times.

Lord Ganesha is the elephant-headed Hindu God who is worshipped for his knowledge and wisdom. He’s a guardian of doors and temples, but most importantly, he’s known as the “breaker of obstacles.”

Chant the mantra for 108 times a day. No matter what your wish is, Ganesha will fulfil it

Lord Ganesha among the various powerful Hindu Gods is said to be the god of prosperity and wealth. Lord Ganesha is believed to bring good luck. This mantra is related to replenishing our root chakra, and Ganesha is said to govern the root chakra. Broken down, “om” is that traditional meditative primordial sound that means “wake up.” “Gam” is the sound of Ganesha. “Ganapataye” is another word for Ganesha. And “namaha” means “I offer my salutations and bow to you.” So one full translation of om gam ganapataye namaha is more or less, “salutations to the remover of obstacles.”

Basically, we are saying: “Hey, Ganesha, can you help me out? I need the energy to open the root chakra and go forth with my life fearlessly.” The root chakra is, after all, all-important as your first chakra (or your red chakra). It’s the centre of stability, appropriately located around the base of your spine and pelvic floor, so it makes sense that it’s associated with being an earth element and your body’s base. As such, it focuses on your basic needs: shelter, safety, food, and water. And emotionally, it involves your ability to let go and feel secure. On a mental and emotional level, a blockage in the root chakra can lead to fear, anxiety, and nightmares.

This is session is the one that everyone needs in life.

You will need:

- A Quiet Space

- A comfortable chair or cushion to seat

- A 108 Beads Mala (if you have one)

- An image of Lord Ganesh (I will send you one or print it from internet or screen shot it)

- A red candle or white

- A fruit, or sweet or flower to offer to Lord Ganesha.

- An opened heart

Day 2 (11th Nov): 

Breath work Practice

On this day, we will focus on our breath and how to override dysfunctional breathing patterns caused by stress, fear and anxiety We will reset our natural breathing pattern. We will begin by noticing the breath first and connecting with our bodies and breathing followed by different types of breathing techniques that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, peaceful and with more energy. When you breathe correctly you increase the Prana or life force in your body. If you feel stressed, anxious, have a foggy mind or lack of energy, then this practice is for you. 

This practice will bring physical and mental benefits. You will increase the levels of oxygen in your body restoring cells, tissues and organs. You will start using your full lung capacity. You will feel calmed and in control. You will create space in your body allowing the organs to function better.

You will need:

- A quiet space

- A comfortable chair or cushion

- Yoga mat

Day3 (12th Nov):

Self Reiki Healing

This is a beautiful Reiki and Chakra meditation where you will be guided to place your hands is particular places in your body where your energy centres are. This practice cleanses and actives the chakras and energy field. By tuning into the Reiki energy you are enhancing and amplifying the flow of Universal Life Force within your body. This session will balance your chakras and therefore you will experience a sensation of mind, body, weelbeing, you will leave uplifted, calmed, happier, brighter and feeling lighter. 

We will be connecting with the 5 elements for this self healing practice.

You will need:

- A cleaned hands

- A quiet space

- A white candle ( optional)

- A comfortable chair or cushion

- Yoga mat

- Shall or blanket 

This complete program is suitable to beginners. sessions are 10 to 15 minutes.
