About the Event

The Spring Equinox is a time of celebration, awakening and rebirth. It represents the arrival of Spring, light and new beginnings. With the Spring Equinox, the earth starts to waking up and feeling alive.  New projects and ideas start emerging bringing a fresh and exciting new start into your life.

The Spring Equinox encourage you to be reborn In order to be more receptive to the new and warm energies. It's the beginning of a new season and time to get really clear on what you want to see grow in your life. This is a time to set clear intentions and plantting the seeds of what you want to harvest. In order to get that clarity, I have carefully crafted this unique and rare Women's Circle to provide you with the space and the right tools for you to reconnect with your power to transform your life. 

Spring always encourage us to clean our homes and release the old that's not longer serving us. Time to let go and detox our mind, body and soul. This  session has been designed to allow you to reconnect with  your breath and body, to your heart space so you can set your intentions from a place of truth, to cleanse your mind, body and soul  so you can be ready for this seasson of joy and new fresh start!

About the event:

This is a 2 hours morning event. We will start the session with a brief introduction to Spring Equinox spiritual meaning and why it's so important to connect with these new energies. We will continue with some traditional cleansing and purifying breathing techniques. This will be followed by a short meditation and few minutes of silence  for us to reconnect with our hearts and set our true self  intensions for this new seasson. 

We will start with the Dry Brushing. This is a traditional ayurvedic dry brushing that stimulates blood circulation and lympathic drainage. This traditional exfoliation technique, helps remove old and dead skin of your body promoting a new healthy skin which is also in this ocasion a symbol of rebirth.  The dry brushing also opens the pores and allow the toxins and impurities to be released easier.

The dry brushing will be followed by  27 Sun Salutations. Tese will be distribueted into two sets of 13 and 14 Sun Salutations to honour the sun and to welcome the light! There will be a short brake between the Sun salutations. We will finish with few minutes of Savasana to allow the nervous system and heart rate to setlle down and the energies to integrate.

To give clouser to this beautiful and heartfelt  gathering, we will enjoy some free movement dace as a group to honour the Divine within and the arrival of the new Seasson!

Benefits of Dry Brushing:

Dry brushing is a type of Ayurvedic medicine that has been around for centuries. It’s believed to have many health benefits. Some of the benefits may include:

  • stimulating the lymphatic system
  • exfoliating the skin
  • helping the body rid itself of toxins
  • increasing circulation and energy
  • exfoliation
  • helping to break down cellulite

Dry brushing is originated as both an Ayurvedic practice in India and has also been used for centuries by Scandinavians and Russians. Dry brushing involves brushing the skin in a particular pattern with a dry brush, usually before shawering. In the ancient technique, the skin is typically brushed toward the heart, starting at the feet and hands and brushing toward the chest.

Dry Brushing offers significant lymphatic support, helping the body’s immune system. It also exfoliates the skin helping loosen and remove dead skin cells, which leads to softer skin. It also helps clean pores, removing oil, dirt and residue from the pores.

As a whole, it increases energy, blood flow and circulation, making it a great addition to a morning routine. It also calms the mind and increases self-love.

Dry brushing throughout the body can help also clear up any chakras that are blocked in general.

Preparation for the event:

- Please arrive 10 minutes earlier to the start of the event to settle in 

- Please avoid food 2 or 3 hours before the class

- Feel free to wear a swimsuit or simply shorts and sleevless top. make sure you are wearing comfortable and suitable for the practice and the dry brushing.

- Bring a large glass or water bottle ( you can add lemon or cucumber and mint)!

- You need a Yoga mat and blanket 

- Pen and paper to set your intentions

- A candle

- Any props such as (yoga block and a bloster)

Please feel free to bring  essential oils and crystals into your session

For the Dry brushing : 

- Natural bristle dry skin brush also called spa brush. its made of wood and it comes with a hand stap or handle.

- A bathrobe (optional)


This event is not suitable for pregnant women.

Dry brushing is not recomended If you have any skin sensitivity, eczma or psoriosis 

Please inform the organiser of any serious  health conditions such as heart problems, respiratory issues, high blood presure.

Beginners are welcome.
