Service Description

This is a complete Yoga Bundle and great value for money. It includes breath work, chakra healing, mantras, mudras. Excellent to get you started into a healthy routine and build your confidence practicing yoga. You will learn all the necessary tools to support you in this journey. At the end of this course you should feel more flexible, energised, awaken, happier and healthier. I combine sound, aromatherapy, card guidance with my classes to enhance the soul experience. My sessions are more than just a yoga class. They are transformative and allow you to connect deeper with your true essence. First few sessions: We will focus on reconnecting you back with your breath. We will override any dysfunctional breathing pattern and reset your natural breathing pattern. we will practice a variety of breathing exercises. from cleansing to energising and calming. At the end of this session you should notice the difference in your breathing and you should feel more energised and expanded. Halfway : We will focus on your joints from head to toes. This session will help release trapped energy, gasses and fat deposits accumulated in your joints promoting flexibility and releasing stiffness and mild joint pain. The following days we will focus on your specific needs that can be from gaining flexibility, building up strength and mobility, digestive system or kundalini yoga to work on the awakening of the chakras . This is a 8 sessions package of 1.5 hr each class at £65 per hour. You save £80.
