If you are experiencing chronic stress or fatigue, difficulty to maintain a healthy weight, decreased libido, peri menopause symptoms, poor muscle strength, anxiety or fertility issues, this four week reset course is for you. I have designed this 4 week program for people who have to cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. Kundalini yoga is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times. When the endocrine system is strong, the body is able to maintain homeostasis. A healthy endocrine system supports correct rhythms and processes in the body and impacts a person's state of well-being in a profound way. Hormones affect everything from mood to energy level to stamina. About this program: We will meet via zoom every Tuesday at 9:30 am until 11:00 am BST. Every week you will practice a different sadhana that will involve breathing techniques, mantras, poses and meditations specially designed to bring a balance into your endocrine system allowing your entire body to reset. At the end of this program you should feel lighter, more balanced, happier and healthier.
