Each class is designed to primarily work in your immediate needs using the ancient and traditional practices of Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. The class combines Breath work, yoga poses, mudras ( hand gestures), meditation and mantras. These sessions are crafted to balance the energies within your body, cleansing the Chakras and releasing stagnation improving posture, breathing and gaining body strength. Personalised sessions are great for beginners and regular practitioners alike. With one-on-one attention, you can work towards a specific goal and learn ways to build your practice based on your specific needs. We will focus on your very specific needs. I will provide you with a simple yet effective plan for you to practice safely at home. My sessions are more than just a regular yoga class. They are transformative powerful and profound sessions. We will focus on resetting a dysfunctional breathing pattern into a more efficient and healthy breathing. We will use different breathing techniques to promote a better breathing pattern and the use of your full lung capacity. I will give you exercises for you to practice at home. We will focus on releasing tension, gasses, stiffness, pain and aches from the joints head to toes, to promote a healthy bone structure in preparation for the yoga asanas. I will provide you with a simple sequence of safe stretches to take home to promote healthy and strong joints. We will focus on the areas in your body that require attention practicing specific yoga posses and targeting different organs and systems within your body to improve your wellbeing such as digestive system, circulatory system, lymphatic system for example. Private classes gives you the opportunity to ask questions, break down postures and receive explicit alignment instructions. For those wanting to advance your practice, you will receive my full attention as I guide you through in exploring postures, and working through any obstacles and physical restrictions to go deeper into your practice.
