Kundalini Yoga & Flower Of Life Gong Bath

Calling all the Goddesses out there wishing to tap into their Divine Feminine  energy to embody their  innate goddess  and step into authentic confidence so they can create the life they desire and deserve.

Please join me on Saturday 29th July at 2:30 pm at the lovely  Samsara Mind & Body studio in London for a kundalini embodiment experience. You innately have the divine feminine energy of goddesses embedded in your body. It exists in ALL of us you only need to learn how to tap into the divine feminine energy and USE it to feel good about yourself. 

A woman by nature is healer because her energy is circular it makes a full circle making her whole and complete, she doesn't need a man or a particular status to be whole.

A woman is her own medicine woman when she taps into her power and she can become a medicine woman  for others, she has  such an abilitv to nourish those around her through the mothering quality whether or not she has children, it is innately her gift  to mother all people when she has developed herself and connected to her, establishing that strong link that becomes unbreakable once she has connected with it. Many cultures around the world attest to it. The Egyptians had Isis, the Greeks had Aphrodite, and the Hindus had Shakti.

About the event:

Part 1

Kundalini practice to awaken the Sacral chakra and calling on the Divine Feminine Shakti. This practice will involved body movement, breathing techniques, mantras and mudras. Using tantric and kundalini techniques we will invoke, integrate and become Shakti the Inner Goddess.

After the practice we will activate the wooden flower of life that you will take home with you

Part 2

We will rest our bodies in shavasana and natural essential oils to enjoy a relaxing  and soothing Flower of Life  Gong Bath. A 32" Gong tuned to the sounds of this Sacred Geometry that connects us to the Divine creative energy and origins of the universe. The flower of life represents the unity of all life and the Inter connectedness of all beings. Others see it as a symbol of the cycle of life, death and rebirth and that is symbolic of the union of the sacred masculine and divine feminine.

The Flower of Life is one of the best known forms of Sacred Geometry. This sacred symbol is formed by 19 circles of the same diameter superimposed and distributed in space in a uniform way, simulating the petals of a flower. This primal pattern was used since ancient times by various cultures, completely isolated from each other, so it is unknown how this energy mandala could be known in different parts of the planet.

We will finish ejoying a delicious Masala Chai tea, Q & A's and shares.

All equipment will be provided.

Please wear comfortable white /light colours clothes if possible

Avoid food 2 or 3 hours before the event

This practice is not recommended for people over 120 days of pregnancy 

Please bring a pen and a paper to journal is you wish and any special item such a crystal, photo of loved ones, wedding ring etc. 

Please be at the venue 10 minutes before to settle in and chose your spot.
