My Philosophy
I’ve learned to share my experience through a combination of service and education. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach, and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. I love empowering patients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. As an Energy Healer, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the ‘alternatives’ while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which to heal. I offer a wide range of holistic treatments such as reiki, sound healing, chakra balance, sound bath among others.
Like you I am a seeker, I am seeking understanding of life of nature of myself, of What is love? What is relationship? What is this life for? I found the path of yoga or the path of yoga found me as a way to bring some alignment and ease into my body and into my mind as I navigated anxiety and uncertainty in my 30’s. Yoga and meditation have been gifts for me over these past years. It's been 15 years since I walked into my first yoga class. And since then, I have wandered the world not physically but through yoga studios. I have wandered the world of yoga styles and yoga classes. and have made my way through many different styles and many different practices so that I could find the practices that truly nourish me and resonated with me.
