New Moon Kundalini Yoga & Prosperity Ritual

New Moon is a good time to work on an emotional level. It represents the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new one so this is also the perfect time to cleanse, detox and release anything that is holding you back to become the best version of yourself.

The New Moon Kundalini  Abundance & Prosperity Ritual will help you to open up the channels to connect with the moon's energies and the abundance in the universe so you can be more receptive to these energies and manifest your desires! 

On this 1.5 hour class we will focus on unblocking the energy channels, cleansing and detoxifying some important organs , purifying the blood, increasing lung capacity, stimulating the chakras and endocrine glands through kriyas and pranayama, strengthening the body and balancing the nervous system. We will focus on the Solar plexus chakra and will power.
