Sacred Union. White Tantra for Couples

This in-person White Tantra workshop invites couples to reconnect at a soul level, beyond words, habits and roles.

White Tantra is a non-sexual, fully clothed yogic practice rooted in Kundalini Yoga. It works with breath, eye gazing, stillness and subtle energy to create deep presence, emotional attunement and heart coherence between partners.

Rather than focusing on talking or fixing, this experience allows couples to meet each other in awareness — softening the nervous system, releasing emotional armour, and restoring trust and intimacy through conscious presence.

This is not therapy or counselling.

It is an embodied, meditative practice of being together with awareness.
