About the event

Sadhana  is a Sanskrit word that means ‘a dedicated practice’ or ‘a means of accomplishing something’.

A Sadhana is a spiritual practice that sets you up for the day, cements your intentions and leads to a more awakened life. Each morning for 7 days, Mel will lead you in sequence of mantra, kriya, pranayama, meditation and contemplation with the chance to journal and practice your own short asana. All designed to empower you and activate a consistent daily practice.

What you need :

- A yoga mat

- A quiet space

- A clean and ventilated room

- Comfortable clothes

- A bottle of water

- A  notepad and pen to journal.

- Avoid heavy food 2 or 3 hours before your practice

This practice is open to all men a women who would like to start a regular meditation and pranayama practice


Women at any stage of their pregnancy should avoid this practice due to the nature of the exercices.

People with serious respiratory problems, heart condition and recent surgery or injuries, please contact me before booking.
