About the event
Join me for a deeply nourishing two-hour Full Moon Ceremony in London, gathering under the energy of the October Full Moon in Taurus.
Taurus is an earth sign connected with grounding, stability, the body, self-worth, abundance and the things we truly value. With the Sun in transformative Scorpio, this Full Moon invites us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves and reflect on what feels genuinely nourishing while creating space to release what we are ready to leave behind.
Together, we will move through a beautiful ceremonial journey designed to bring you back into your body, quiet the mind and reconnect you with your inner wisdom.
Our two-hour experience will include ceremonial cacao, Kundalini-inspired practices, breathwork and meditation, guided Full Moon journaling and intention setting, followed by an immersive sound healing journey with therapeutic singing bowls, gongs and other healing instruments.
This is an invitation to pause.
To ground.
