About the event

The first step is acknowledging these emotions and giving yourself permission to feel them. Remember that healing is not a linear path, and there will be ups and downs. But gradually, the storms will subside, and you’ll find moments of calm and happiness. You will feel whole again.

We are going to use a lot of mantra on this class, a lot of the sound current. The Divine sound current is what, in one of the sutras we speak of, if you want to create an impact in the universe, use the Divine sound current and the universe will clear the way for you. So, if there are any blockages in what you are doing in any part of your life, the Divine sound current is designed to open the way. Use the Naad and the Cosmos shall clear the path. So, that is a given to us, that’s a sutra, which means it’s a promise. That if you, with devotion, with consistency, with commitment, use the sound current, your path shall open. So, the area that we are going to work on this class is the chest, lungs and the liver. Now, what sits in the lungs is grief. 

If we have a lot of grief, unexpressed/unexplored and we are not directly expressing it in some way in our lives, it weakens the lungs, our respiratory system and immune system. 

This is a powerful kundaalini yoga practice that offers a profound healing for mind, body and soul.
