About the event
Join Thimela Garcia (founder of Chakra Mama Healing), and Patricia Lacambra, as they guide you into a soothing and relaxing sound journey experience using Tibetan and crystal quartz singing bowls, Gongs and other sound instruments, as well as thai yoga massage, allowing your mind and body to relax and switch off as the sound resonates through you invoking a deeper and a more relaxed state.
Sound Bath, or Sound Healing, is a meditative experience in which one surrenders to the sounds of the ancient instruments in order to unwind and relax. During a Sound Healing you will experience deep relaxation and a profound sense of peace and well-being. Through all the various notes and under tones of these sounds, the body is offered an opportunity to resonate with a healing frequency.
You are in essence giving your body, mind, and spirit an opportunity to shift to a higher frequency and let go of lower vibrational thoughts, emotions, and other issues. You will be provided with the space and sounds for you to relax at a profound level while tapping into your chakras While receiving a housing gentle massage to release stifness and tensions from the body.
The session will begin with some calming breathwork which will then lead you peacefully into the sounds, vibrations and healing powers of the ancient instruments. Throughout the sound bath, you will receive hands-on Thai massage by Patricia, further encouraging deep release and relaxation as she works on the energy lines throughout your body.
