Please join me on these 90 minute workshop where I will be sharing a simple yet effective Kundalini Meditation to improve sleep and calm the nervous system. This will be followed by a self Indian Head massage and Reiki Facial guided by myself.

About the event
To celebrate World Sleep Day and raise awareness of the vital role sleep plays in maintaining our physical and mental health, I have crafted a 90 minute online workshop to nourish yourself and share with you a very simple yet effective kundalini meditation involving a breathing technique perfect for improving sleep patterns and reduce insomnia. This will be followed by a guided Self Indian Head Massage & Facial infused with Reiki Healing.
You will need:
- A boobtube or spaghetti strap top
- Remove all jewellery
- A bottle of water or tea ( chamomile)
- A padnote and pen to take notes
- A rose water and cotton pad
- Natural essential oils such as Lavender, rose, yang ylang, geranium
- A towel
- Coconut or sesame oil ( warm)
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
