A deeply restorative 90-minute nervous system reset and energy healing treatment in London, combining somatic practices, therapeutic breathwork, Reiki healing, chakra balancing, chakra alignment, crystal healing and sound therapy. Created for times when you feel stressed, anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, burnt out, exhausted, grieving or unable to fully switch off, this treatment provides a supportive space to slow down, reconnect with your body and experience deep relaxation. The session begins with gentle somatic release practices designed to bring awareness to areas where you may be holding physical and emotional tension. Through mindful movement and body awareness, we begin to soften the body and prepare the nervous system for rest. This is followed by guided breathwork for nervous system regulation, using slow, conscious breathing techniques to encourage the parasympathetic “rest and digest” response, support vagal regulation and create a deeper sense of grounding and calm. You will then receive Reiki energy healing, incorporating therapeutic touch, traditional Reiki techniques and Reiki symbols alongside carefully selected healing crystals. The energy healing focuses on the body’s seven main chakras, supporting chakra balancing, chakra alignment and energetic harmony. Crystals may be placed on or around specific chakra points according to what arises during your individual session. The treatment is enhanced with therapeutic sound healing, using the vibration, resonance and frequencies of instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic sound instruments. Sound and vibration create an immersive environment for deep rest and meditation, allowing you to simply receive while the body and mind settle.
